• 50/50 Soya Custard or 50/50 Chocolate Custard
• Water or milk
• Sugar or honey (optional)
For the Akara:
• 2 cups peeled beans
• 1 small onion
• Scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
• Salt
• Oil for frying
